Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations." (Matthew 28:19)
We Christians on earth, the Church Militant, are united with the Church Triumphant, the Saints in heaven. Let us pray for the intercession of our patron saints in times of trial and any day.
Especially we pray to St. Thomas More, our parish patron; Ste. Anne, patroness of Detroit; and Detroit's own Blessed Solanus Casey.
Archbishop Vigneron also invites us to pray together to Our Lady of Lourdes, Mother of Mercy, Healer of the Sick, and Comforter of the Afflicted.
Consider including this litany in your regular prayers. Please add your own favorite saint to this Litany so fellow parishioners can join their prayers for aid to yours. Send your favorite saint's name to [email protected] and we'll add it here !
