While funerals are not one of the seven Sacraments, they are a critical part of the Sacramental Life of the Church. They are the opportunity for a parish to come together and be reminded of our great hope: the Resurrection from the Dead. That because of what Jesus has done, we will get out bodies back, renewed and glorified, in heaven!
A funeral and a burial are two of the best things we can do for our loved ones who have passed. If you are grieving a recently deceased loved one and would like to hold a funeral at St. Thomas More, please contact the office at (248) 647-2222. We are looking forward to walking alongside you on this journey of mourning and hope.
